Yes, we ship most items internationally except for grinders!

There's a lot of reasons! The most popular purpose for my cakes are for house decor! Full sized cake sculptures have a flat surface to them, so they can be stuck to walls using tape or command strips like a painting! Some people will also buy fake cakes for props in photoshoots or business who want to display a cake without having it spoil. Some of our fake cakes also have a second function outside of being a piece of art!
At the moment, we are not taking any custom order requests.
Usually packages that are marked as RTS (return to sender) are because the package was either refused upon delivery or there was a mistake within the address. When this happens, you can fill out a contact form with your order number and we will confirm what address that we have for that order.
If the address is incorrect, we will need the corrected address in order to reship it.
If the address is correct, we will need a different address to ship it to (a friend or trusted neighbor's house is best for this). We will not reship orders to addresses that have been RTS to avoid a returned package again.
You can either pay a fee for reshipment (an invoice will be sent after confirming this and we will ship it after it is paid in full), or we can refund you minus the shipment fee.
Most of our products some with either a care card, or care instructions on the packaging. If your order does not include instructions, cleaning information can also be accessed via the description of the product listing.
For sculptures, clocks, and wooden boxes, the icing on the cakes is water soluble, I do NOT recommend cleaning cakes using any type of liquid to protect the cake. Fake cakes will collect dust over time, so it is highly recommended to go over the cakes with a gentle duster. For dirt that has gotten in any hard to reach places, I recommend using a compressed air duster.
Fabric jewelry boxes, mirrors, tubes, grinders, and ceramics can be hand washed using soap and water.
Wooden ashtrays can be cleaned by removing the metal insert and hand washing, but the exterior wooden part follows the same process as cleaning cake sculptures.
At the moment we do not have a waitlist. However, if you click on the out of stock item, you can click "notify when available" in order to get an email when we restock that item! We also post restock updates on our Instagram and through our email list as well!
We attempted to do preorders in the past and have found it takes more time in order to organize and put together. To get orders out as soon as possible we have decided not to no longer do preorders.
For the most part, yes! I will be able to ship to most countries but there are still shipping restrictions to certain countries through USPS. To countries for these restictions, I will still be able to ship through alternative shipping carriers which may take longer to process and arrive.
