Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
For domestic US orders, we offer shipping through USPS ground and USPS Priority will automatically be upgraded for larger orders.
Select countries will have the option to ship through USPS international and UPS international shipping services. All countries excluding the US will have the option to ship via UPS international.
Please refer to our FAQs for countries that are not able to be shipped through USPS due to international service disruptions.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping with the exclusion of select products and countries. Please refer to our FAQs for countries that are not able to be shipped through USPS due to international service disruptions.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If shipment is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible. Any orders that have already been accepted by UPS or USPS, customers must contact the service carrier regarding information on delayed packages .

Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please understand that most of our products are made by hand, therefore they will all be slightly different to the product photo. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Returns will not be accepted if the product is already used. Products can be eligible for a return for up to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date on the package tracking. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping with the exception of incorrect product received. If you would like to cancel your order and it has not shipped out yet, we can gladly offer you a full refund unless it is a custom order.
The cost of initial shipping is not refundable with the exception of the address on the shipping label not being the same as the provided address.
If your product becomes damaged during shipping or arrives damaged, we offer replacements for defective parts within 90 days from the original purchase date.
Fake cake sculptures or one of a kind products are not eligible for replacement parts.
